The villa manager system using mobile phones allowed for quick and easy communication throughout the stay.

would not hesitate to return there
The beach front junior suite was seriously amazing! It had a private bathroom with a hot tub and double sinks. A balcony that overlooked the ocean. Breakfast offered freshly baked croissants, and the Bamboo Restaurant served delicious meals with attentive service. The golf carts made it super easy to get around. The spa facilities were top-notch, with massages and yoga classes!

The resort is a beautiful tropical oasis where our family truly enjoyed the spacious Beach Front Two Bedroom Suite. We loved lounging on the balcony while Tommy, our ambassador, effortlessly managed our dinner plans and answered our questions through WhatsApp.
My kids wished the kids' club had longer hours.

great service but rooms need some updates
The beach was a tranquil escape. Impeccable service from the cheerful staff made our stay delightful. I enjoyed the spacious accommodations, particularly the stunning ocean views from the balcony, perfect for morning coffee. The golf carts were a great help navigating the beautifully landscaped grounds, allowing us to explore easily.
While the overall experience was lovely, the bathrooms in our suite could use some updates.

We stayed in a Beach Front Junior Suite, and it was really spacious with breathtaking ocean views. The suite was super clean, well-decorated and felt luxurious. I loved having a private bathroom with double sinks and an awesome hot tub. Plus, there was a balcony that opened right up to the beach. So nice! The golf cart made it easy to cruise around the resort, but the bathrooms could use some updates. Overall, it was a pretty perfect spot for our romantic getaway.

The charm of the villa was undeniable, with spacious areas and beautiful furnishings. The attentive staff made every moment enjoyable, and the luxury touches like complimentary shoe shines were a pleasant surprise. A downside was the slight inconvenience of rocky areas on the beach, but the overall experience was delightful.

Had a great time with friends exploring the gorgeous ecological reserve and fun at the beach club. The villa was spacious and we loved biking around the resort. The staff was super friendly, especially our beach waiter who made sure we were always taken care of with drinks and snacks.
The only downside was that we didn’t get to try the golf courses this time due to our packed schedule.
